The obvious one is to not drink hard to begin with... but if you plan to do it... drink water in between your throwing back of alcoholic drinks... alternate between water and alcohol.
Before finally crashing in your bed (or wherever you end up)... drink a bunch of water, take an aspirin and some vitamins. Sports Drinks are also good... like Gatorade.
Take the Alka-Seltzer morning Relief formula.
Drink Ginger or Peppermint Tea
Eat Asparagus before you start drinking and after.
Before you Drink... Eat fatty and/or high-fiber foods, which help delay the body's absorption of alcohol.
If you can manage it... and your head isn't pounding too bad... Exercise.
Get as much uninterrupted sleep as you can... ie. sleep it off.
